I am the tallest girl in my grade. People tease me and I’m taller than every boy. It stinks. Will I ever stop growing?

Yes, you will stop growing and it’s likely the boys will still be growing taller after you’ve stopped growing. Girls often get their “growth spurt” before boys and most are done growing taller by their mid-teens. But boys start later and will continue to grow 2 or 3 years after girls have stopped.

In the meantime, what’s a tall girl to do? Try to love your height. You’re in good company. Tennis star Venus Williams is more than 6 feet tall and famous First Lady Eleanor Roosevelt was just under 6 feet.
