Prep Time: 15 minutes

What you need:
1 cup nonfat plain yogurt   1 cup 1% milk
1½ cups sliced fresh or frozen unsweetened strawberries   1 fresh peach, peeled and sliced or ½ cup frozen unsweetened peach slices
2 teaspoons vanilla extract      


Equipment and supplies:
Blender or food processor (have an adult help you)   Knife for slicing fruit (have an adult help you)
Tall glasses to serve the smoothie   Measuring spoons

What to Do:
1. Put all the ingredients into a blender or food processor.
2. Blend until smooth and frothy.
3. Add light cream, and vanilla. Mix together.
4. Pour into glasses.
